Can NV8 Technology Group take over Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration?
Yes. NV8 Technology Group can review the tenant, confirm authorized administrative access, document ownership, and assume the administration duties listed in the service agreement.
What happens if our current provider controls the administrator account?
NV8 Technology Group can help identify account ownership and coordinate an authorized transfer. NV8 Technology Group will not bypass security controls or take control of an account without proper authorization.
Does a cloud provider automatically back up everything we need?
Not necessarily. Retention and recovery features vary, so requirements and provider capabilities should be reviewed before relying on them as a complete backup strategy.
